How To Take In-Liven Probiotic Super Food

NOTE Each In-Liven container = 150g/5.3 oz

Recommended serving size = 5g

In-Liven Probiotic Super Food can be blended with water or juice to make a delicious smoothie or sprinkled on your favorite food.

The normal dosage is 1 teaspoon (5 gm) per day but people with gluten intolerance, (an inability to digest grains due to the lack of friendly bacteria), should start with 1/8 teaspoon a day and build up gradually to overcome the condition.

If you really want to give your health a boost it is recommended that every three months you take 3 tsps/day for a period of 10 - 14 days. This is the length of time it takes your blood to renew itself.

The In-Liven should ideally be taken half an hour before a meal and you should also eat organic foods, eliminate dairy and drink lots of clean water.

TIP In-Liven makes delicious smoothies and teas.

For a great tasting smoothie take 1 teaspoon In-Liven, a frozen banana and some apple juice and mix together.

Mix 1 teaspoon In-Liven with honey and lemon to make a delicious tea. Make sure you add the In-Liven when the tea is at a temperature you can drink though.

PREGNANCY/BREASTFEEDING

If you are pregnant or breast feeding, In-Liven is the most potent certified organic food on the market - living nutrients for both you, your unborn child or your young offspring

PETS

Your pets have the same nutritional system as you and need the same beneficial bacteria. Sprinkle In-Liven onto food.

NOTE Some people take In-Liven at night and whilst this is perfectly fine you may find you cannot sleep as it can give an energy boost. For this reason some people like to take an additional teaspoon in the afternoon but infact once the bacteria balance is established 1 teaspoon per day will give you all the nutrients your body needs
